The BF007 is a benchtop extruded aluminum enclosure measuring 147 × 55 × 150 mm (5.79" × 2.17" × 5.91"). It is built from split extrusion construction, so the cover lifts away for fast PCB access, and it suits engineers who need a benchtop instrument housing that can be machined, finished and branded to match a specific product design. Standard sections are supplied at 150 mm long, and the profile can be cut to any other length you require. Because the profile comes from PUMAY's library of more than 1,000 existing moulds, no tooling fee is charged and a machined sample can be ready in about seven days.

No. BF007 is produced from a mould that already exists in PUMAY's inventory, so no tooling fee is charged. You only pay for material, machining, finishing and freight.

Can the BF007 be made water-resistant?

Yes. With a gasket groove, sealed end panels, sealed cable glands and an appropriate IP-rated connector selection, the enclosure can be built to IP65, IP67 or IP68. Tell us the target IP level and the intended environment and we will confirm the sealing method.

What is the minimum order quantity?
